COVER GRADE & APPLICATIONS: -

The rubber cover should be selected by taking into account the type of material to be handled and the operating condition of the belt. Conveyor belting is available in the following grades and ranging from 150 mm to 2500 mm with Moulded edge 'ME' construction for Cotton Belts and Cut edge construction 'CE' for Nylon & EP Belts in open or endless lengths.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts are required for transporting materials above temperature of 60°C upto 180°C. These belts are mainly used for handling material like Hot Sintered Ores, Steel Pallets, Phosphate, Steel Clinker, Mining & Plants Handling Copper, Aluminum, Brass and Iron Ores, Mineral Mining & Plants Handling Bauxite, Manganese, Graphite, Coal, Lignite, etc.

We maufacture Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts in three different categories as following: -

Grade - HR (Heat Resistant)

Grade - SHR (Super Heat Resistant)

Grade - UHR (Ultra Heat Resistant)

  • Application Characteristics
    • Super Heat and abrasion resistant. Lump 180°C (max). Fines 180°C (max).

  • Recommended For
    • Best for extremely hot, abrasive and ambient temperature materials. Conveyed towards Sinter Plant / Furnace / Smelter Plants, Handling Lead, Zinc, Steel & Alloys Rolling Plants, Mining & Plants Handling Copper, Aluminum, Brass and Iron Ores, Mineral Mining & Plants Handling Bauxite, Manganese, Graphite, Coal, Lignite, etc.
